This is my go to nut butter, but almonds can be substituted for any nut/seed of your choice! Refer to my sprouting guide here for soaking and sprouting times.
4 cup sprouted almonds
4 cup water
2 tsp vanilla
¼ c coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
- Soak almonds overnight 24 hours with enough water to cover.
- Drain soaking liquid
- Blend almonds with vanilla, coconut oil, and cinnamon until smooth.
Store in air tight container on countertop for 2-3 weeks.
