Sprouted Almond Butter with Cinnamon

This is my go to nut butter, but almonds can be substituted for any nut/seed of your choice! Refer to my sprouting guide here for soaking and sprouting times.


4 cup sprouted almonds

4 cup water

2 tsp vanilla

ΒΌ c coconut oil

1 tsp cinnamon



  1. Soak almonds overnight 24 hours with enough water to cover.
  2. Drain soaking liquid
  3. Blend almonds with vanilla, coconut oil, and cinnamon until smooth.

Store in air tight container on countertop for 2-3 weeks.
